Like many New Jersey natives, dancer, actor, and singer Morgan Kirner eventually made her way to New York City. In 2016, Morgan earned her BFA in musical theater from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, which kick-started her career in the performing arts. Morgan loves to inspire her clients to move joyfully and find the exercises that make them feel BEST!

Kira McCarthy lives in Brooklyn with her fiancé and Fred, their boxer-pitbull, who’s been known to snack on Kira’s yoga mat from time to time. She teaches yoga to help you cultivate greater mind-body awareness and self-compassion as you explore new ways of moving so you can connect to your best self.

Allen Holmes is a New Yorker through and through—he was born and raised in the city. Allen became a personal trainer, certified with the International Sports Sciences Association, in 2018 and has since been helping his clients reach their fitness goals. Fitness may be his full-time job, but it’s also his passion as a body builder.
